Your support has helped Parkside Estates
get one step closer to reality!

At Monday night’s City Council hearing, the revised Tentative Tract Maps and zoning changes for Parkside Estates were approved by a 5-1 vote. We appreciate all of the support we’ve received from you during the approval process, and the Council members were certainly aware that more than 100 Parkside supporters had encouraged their “yes” vote via letters.

Supporters like you have helped Parkside Estates win at every step of the approval process thus far. Now, the end is in sight!

There are only a few more steps until Parkside Estates achieves its final approval. Next, we will be going back to the California Coastal Commission to receive an Implementation Plan Amendment (IPA) which will detail how Parkside Estates will meet the zoning and land use conditions placed on the project by the Commission, and then a Coastal Development Permit. We hope to begin this process by the end of June.
